Unit 1: 3 Questions

1.  The 5 questions I wanted to answer where : What is your favourite games console, What is you favourite radio station, Who is your favourite DJ, What was the last film you saw, What is your favourite social networking site. The answers to these are.


What is your favourite games console: The Wii
What is your favourite radio station: Kiss
Who is your favourite DJ: Don’t have one
What was the last film you saw: Prince of Persia
What is your favourite networking site: Facebook

2.   We collected the data for these questions using a questionnaire, which each class member had a copy to fill out.

3.   We sorted the data using Microsoft Excel, and using the data sorting.

Task 2

In task 2 we used are primary research to help us answer this question; 'What should the lead story of the Goffs Glossy magazine be?'. Primary research is the do it your self approach instead of using things like google etc.

Our group asked these following questions to teachers around the school:

1. What do you teach?

2. How long have you been teaching?

3. What did you think of the last head?

4. What do think of the new head and her ideas?

5. Do you have any weird hobbies?

6. What sort of magazines and books do you read?

Our lead story, in the end, was 'Do you have any weird hobbies'. This was because it was different and the answers where interesting
